Restaurant Uniform Co. is Battle Born Clothing's brand for restaurant, bar, cafe and catering uniforms. Same shop, same machines, same people; a site focused on one kind of order so buyers can find prices fast.

The shop

Battle Born Clothing is at 3 Pebble Beach Dr in Yerington, NV. We embroider on two single-head commercial machines (a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle) with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. We screen print in-house with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer. We have made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser and aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA. DTF transfers are outsourced to DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed in-house.

What we are, and are not

• An authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO.
• A SanMar and S&S Activewear customer; Reno warehouse first for fast shipping on Port Authority and Port & Company.
• A Zapped Headwear dealer; we buy Decky direct.
• Not a company-store operator. We run batch orders and keep your files.
• Not a chef-coat manufacturer. We decorate aprons, tees, polos, hats and outerwear.

How we work

1. You send artwork, counts, styles and sizes on the quote form.
2. We price it, usually the same business day.
3. We send a digital proof. You approve it.
4. We order blanks, decorate, and ship 28 days later.
5. We keep your digitized file for reorders.
